Is your order not as expected? Then you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be new and unused, in their original packaging and with original tags and labels attached. Returns that smell of perfume, smoke or perspiration will be refused.

Returns that do not comply with this will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

How do I return my order?

Please return your order according to the following instructions:

1. Pack the items you wish to return. The items must be unworn and have the original tags, labels and packaging.
2. Please also include a note with the order number, your name and reason for return.
3. Write our return address on the package:

4. Bring the return package to a Postnl, DPD or DHL point. We recommend sending your return with a tracking code. Returns that are sent without a tracking code may get lost. Unfortunately, we cannot help you further.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Therefore, always send return packages with a tracking code. Keep the receipt from the parcel service.
